- Message us on Telegram @seabasketball
- The shoes and colour you are after.
- The size you are after.
- Pick up or delivery.
- Complete full payment (delivery) or deposit (pickup) via the ABA QR code.
Delivery options:
We offer cash on delivery in Phnom Penh and across provinces in Cambodia from $2. Delivery takes up to 14 days. Full payment is required for the shoes to be ordered for you.

Are the shoes authentic?
Yes. Playground Kickz sells authentic and replica basketball footwear. Please read the information on the product page carefully. If you have questions about a specific model, colourway or availability, contact us before ordering.
Can I try the shoes before buying?
Yes, if we have them in stock. For pickup orders, you can ask us about current stock and availability at Playground Sen Sok. Some shoes are available immediately, while others need to be ordered.
Where can I pick up my shoes?
Pickup is available from Playground Sen Sok, Phnom Penh and is free.
How long does pickup take?
Some shoes are already in stock and may be available for immediate pickup. Shoes that need to be ordered can take up to 14 days to arrive.
Do I need to pay a deposit for pickup?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required when ordering for pickup. The remaining balance is paid when you collect your shoes.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver throughout Cambodia.
Phnom Penh: Cash on delivery.
Other provinces: $2 per pair of shoes.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery orders can take up to 14 days, depending on whether the shoe is currently in stock or needs to be ordered.
How do I pay for delivery orders?
Delivery orders require full payment before the shoes are ordered.
Can I order a shoe that isn’t shown as being in stock?
Yes. If the shoe, colour or size isn’t currently available, message us and we’ll check whether it can be ordered for you.
What sizes are available?
Sizes vary depending on the shoe model and colour. Message @playgroundkh with the model you’re interested in and we’ll check the available sizes.
Can I request a specific colour?
Yes. Tell us the model, colour and size you’re looking for and we’ll check availability.
How do I know if my size is available?
The easiest way is to message us on Telegram before ordering. We’ll confirm the available size and colour for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Because shoes may be specially ordered for you, please confirm the model, colour and size carefully before making payment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss a cancellation.
